a friend ignorantly sent me money via pay pal that he owed me... what can i do with it as far as getting it to a sportsbook or something... i do not put any personal info on the web as far as checking account or credit card... so how can i get my pay pal funds to a book... is there a 3rd party i can use? any idea will be appreciated

register ur bank account and send the funds there...it takes time if you don't already have the bank account but its free to go to the bank account.
Another way is if you have the atm debit card from paypal, then you can deposit via paypal to another book.
